Intermediate rock and ice seminar

  

The participants will develop simultaneously intermediate-level skills for mountaineering in two disciplines: rockclimbing and ice climbing. One important skill for achieving performance and avoiding mistakes is to use our mental potential, for that purpose we will cover several principles and techniques for relaxation, focus and visualization. The seminar covers topics related to rescue operations, so the partipants be better prepared to handle an emergency in the mountain. The itinerary also includes an acclimatization program for those that are interested to climb the mountain after the seminar. (check custom made services)

Advanced climbing seminar: 

  

The purpose of this seminar is to review, upgrade, or develop advanced skills for climbing as well as to experience the effects of a high altitude climb. Several days are spent camping and training at elevetions from 4200 - 5700 m. The participants will have training activities to review glacier travel techniques, anchors, and the principles for climbing ice walls. Some exercises require front pointing and two tools. This seminar is an excellent option for expeditionary teams planning to climb higher mountains.
